The best way to schedule a ride is with a time order. Time orders are honored before call in requests. These are recommended for long trips, daily trips, and appointments you cannot be late for.

When requesting a time order with this form, you’re time order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from a representative. If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, please call (413) 304-3300. Should you be requesting a time in less than 24 hours, please call immediately after submission.
